This path is built for consultants who have the foundation but need the operational playbook. If you're ready to scope, deploy, configure, and run Claude Code activations from start to finish, this is where we've tried to put everything you need.
We've organized it into 8 courses that cover the actual stages of an engagement. Each course starts with what you'll be able to do at the end. You'll work through practice exercises to try out the concepts, and you'll build real artifacts along the way. Things you can adapt and use with your clients.
We've built practice into every course and real artifacts into most of them. You'll build configuration packs, deployment decision docs, security questionnaires, custom commands, working Skills and hooks, telemetry configs, and your capstone project. These artifacts are tools you'll adapt for real work.
You'll complete a scenario-based capstone assessment and earn the Claude Partner Badge: Claude Code. More importantly, you'll have what you need to lead Claude Code activations from discovery through measurement.

Product Foundations
Before you can advise a client on Claude Code, you need to know what you're working with. This course covers what Claude Code is, how to pick between Haiku, Sonnet, and Opus, and how to match one of the four deployment paths to a client's cloud posture.
Installation and Environments
Setup failures at a client kickoff are almost always avoidable. This course gets you across CLI install, IDE integrations in VS Code and JetBrains, dev containers, and headless CI, and what to confirm with IT before install day. You leave with an Installation Configuration Pack.
Deployment Architecture
The deployment path shapes billing, authentication, compliance, and which features are actually available, and it's hard to reverse after rollout. This course covers the four paths, parity gaps, proxy configuration, LLM gateway patterns, and data residency requirements.
Configuration and Customization
Claude Code reads configuration from four places, and when settings conflict, a fixed priority order decides. This course covers the hierarchy, how to write effective CLAUDE.md files, settings file conventions, and how to build custom slash commands for a client's workflow.
Extensibility
Claude Code works well out of the box. It gets more useful when you connect it to the client's actual tools. This course covers MCP servers, Skills, hooks, subagents, and plugin packaging, what they are, how to build and deploy them, and where governance fits in.
Security and Governance
Before anyone logs in, the governance layer needs to be set. This course covers managed-settings.json, the permission system, sandboxed execution, SSO and SCIM configuration, data retention controls, and how compliance requirements like SOC 2 and HIPAA map to the Claude platform.
Administration and Measurement
Most Day 1 failures aren't technical, they're the wrong role assigned or the spend limit still at zero. This course covers seat types, role hierarchy, the Analytics and Compliance APIs, OpenTelemetry pipeline setup, audit logs, and per-team cost attribution.
Delivery Methodology
The technical deployment is the easier part. This course covers the full delivery methodology: qualifying use cases for structural ROI, designing pilots, capturing baselines, managing adoption, enabling champions, and getting ahead of the failure modes that derail engagements.
Claude Partner Badge: Claude Code Capstone
This is where you demonstrate you can do the work, not just describe it. Four guided exercises, multi-file refactoring, test generation, CI/CD integration, and troubleshooting, using Claude Code the way you'd use it on a real engagement. Submit code, a decision log, and a metrics snapshot.

The final checkpoint before you earn your Partner Specialization: Claude Code badge. Thirty-four scenario-based questions drawn from all eight courses, each one rooted in a real client decision you'll need to make on an engagement.
