When phrased differently, Claude produces material at varying quality levels for the same request. If you ask Claude to "write something about our Q3 results", you will likely get a generic paragraph. When you specify the audience, the three results that matter, the format, and the length, you can get a draft ready to share.
This module treats prompting as a communication discipline with learnable structure. Description, one of the competencies from the AI Fluency Framework, is the backbone of this module and the prompting foundation the rest of the course builds on.
