Designing, integrating, and governing a Claude deployment is one job; getting a team to adopt it well is another. This module is about the team around a live system: helping people adopt Claude and stay productive once the system is running. It assumes the system is built and asks how a team adopts it well and keeps it healthy without pulling the Architect into every issue.
Learning objectives
By the end of this module, you will be able to:
- Configure Claude tooling and environments for a team, including the shared configuration, the rollout pattern, the Skills distribution strategy, and the spend controls that belong in team setup
- Improve developer workflows with AI tooling and define the review discipline that keeps AI-generated work trustworthy before it reaches production
- Support debugging and operational issue resolution by connecting symptoms to architecture causes and building the team toward self-sufficiency
